Important: We are a facilitation service and do not directly provide medical treatment. All medical procedures are performed by our partner hospitals and their licensed medical professionals.

3. Cost Estimates & Pricing

Cost estimates provided through our website, including the AI-powered Cost Estimator tool, are approximate ranges based on typical costs and are for informational purposes only. Actual treatment costs may vary based on individual medical conditions, treatment complexity, hospital selection, and other factors. Final pricing will be confirmed by the treating hospital after a thorough medical evaluation. K.M.A Wellness Tourism does not guarantee any specific pricing.

4. Price Match Guarantee

Our Best Price Guarantee applies to official written quotes from other accredited medical tourism facilitators for comparable treatments at equivalent-quality hospitals. The quote must be presented before booking confirmation. K.M.A reserves the right to verify the authenticity and comparability of any submitted quote. The price match applies to the medical treatment component only and may not extend to accommodation, transportation, or ancillary services.

5. Medical Disclaimer

K.M.A Wellness Tourism does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are made between the patient and the treating physician at our partner hospitals. We facilitate access to medical institutions but do not assume responsibility for medical outcomes. Patients are encouraged to seek independent medical opinions and to fully understand the risks associated with any medical procedure before proceeding.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information.
• Disclose all relevant medical history and conditions to the treating physicians.
• Obtain necessary travel documents, visas, and health clearances.
• Maintain valid travel and health insurance during your medical journey.
• Comply with the rules and regulations of the treating hospital and Indian law.
• Make timely payments for services rendered.

7. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings for services are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or advance payment. Cancellation policies vary based on the type of service and partner involved. Hotel and flight cancellations are subject to the terms of the respective service providers. Hospital appointment cancellations should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

K.M.A Wellness Tourism shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, medical procedures performed by partner hospitals, travel disruptions, visa rejections, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid to us by the client.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of K.M.A Wellness Tourism or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law
